The MST Board adopted
Resolution 2005-07 recognizing Rudy Mora, Coach Operator, as MST Employee of
the Month for September 2004.

Schedule/Planning Analyst and Paul Scott, Sr., Coach Operator, celebrated their
20th Anniversary with MST. Juan Muna, Coach Operator retired after
28 years of service.
The MST Board approved FY
2004 budget transfers. A budget transfer is necessary to recognize operating
cost savings for MST RIDES for the fiscal year. In addition, there is a need to
increase the Fixed-Route BUS operating budget for insurance reserves and
transfer LTF funding to the Fixed-Route BUS capital budget. A reduction in the
Fixed-Route BUS capital budget is necessary to adjust for funding reallocations
of California STIP funds to FY 2006 and reduced Federal CMAQ and Earmark funds.
Additional federal funds have been added to the MST RIDES capital budget.
