In coordination with the Salinas Holiday Parade of Lights, Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) will offer free supplemental bus service on Line 43 Memorial Hospital Thursday, November 29, 2007 from 6-9:30pm.

The parade starts at 6:30pm on West Acacia St. and South Main St., continues down South Main St. to Main St, curves in front of the Steinbeck Center and south down Salinas St. before ending at W. Alisal St.

Passengers can conveniently deboard near either end of the parade route at Romie Ln. and South Main St. or at the Salinas Transit Center. Due to parade street closures, the route will detour on Riker St. between these locations. This supplemental service is designed to make visits to the parade easier and more enjoyable, as well as to reduce traffic congestion.
