Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) will offer free bus service on all MST routes May 19th through May 20th, 2007, for Laguna Seca ticket holders to the U.S. Sports Car Invitational. Those holding race event tickets may ride the bus to and from the Laguna Seca Recreational Park at no charge. Non‑ticket holders pay the regular MST fare of $2.00 per zone for adults or $1.00 per zone for youth, seniors and disabled. If required to transfer to another line there will be an additional cost of $0.25 for adults and $0.10 for youth, seniors and the disabled.

Line 37 Seaside-Laguna Seca will run from the Embassy Suites, then to Fremont & Canyon Del Rey, on to Casa Verde & Fremont, to Garden Road and on to Highway 68 to the raceway.

Line 38 Monterey-Laguna Seca provides bus service from Monterey to Laguna Seca departing from the Monterey Conference Center, serving the Monterey Transit Plaza and the Monterey Peninsula College parking area and on to Highway 68 to the raceway.

Line 39 Salinas-Laguna Seca buses will depart from the Salinas Transit Center to South Main Street, on to Highway 68 to the raceway.

On Saturday all three lines will depart at 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. from the Monterey Plaza, the Salinas Transit Center, and the Embassy Suites. On Sunday all three lines will run additional trips at 11:00 a.m., noon and at 1:30 p.m.

Return trips from Laguna Seca on all three lines will be available at 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and 9:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

On Sunday return trips will run additional return trips at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

These special bus lines are designed to make visits to the Laguna Seca race events easier and more enjoyable, as well as to reduce parking congestion.
